GRAHAM
SMITH-BERNAL
Graham trained as a court reporter and quickly realised that lawyers needed highly accurate realtime transcription and an easy means by which to mark, annotate and digest it. He set up his own court reporting company to provide the transcript and created the LiveNote program to allow annotations in realtime. His company (Smith Bernal) went on to become the world's largest international court reporting company and LiveNote is the most widely used transcript management program.
DOUGLAS
MCQUAID
Douglas has worked in the legal technology industry for some 20 years, specifically in courtrooms for the last decade. When with Smith Bernal he set up and managed complex installations such as the Bloody Sunday Inquiry, the Hutton Inquiry, the UN War Crimes trials and many criminal and civil trials. For the past two years he has been Regional Director in the UK for FTR.
STEVE
FLEMING
Steve Fleming comes to us from the WPP Group, where he managed their head office IT communications services. Prior to that, he provided LiveNote user and reporter support in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore for four years. He also implemented digital recording technologies to the Old Bailey. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to the team as well as a proficiency in dealing with high-profile clients.
LISA
CONNOR
Prior to joining Opus 2 Lisa was working for a prestigious international property agency as a senior sales negotiator, dealing with elite property and high profile clientele. Lisa has joined Opus 2 as a senior account manager and reporter liaison.
BILLY
KELLY
Billy joins us from a major law firm where he spent three years supporting the IT infrastructure of their global offices. Before this he completed a degree in Internet Systems BSc and worked as a LiveNote support consultant in his placement year and beyond whilst completing his studies. Billy helps us deliver a personal technical service and has the added advantage of experiencing the court reporting process from the side of both client and provider.

Priscilla has worked with a range of corporations in various sectors, from regional marketing for a leading global hospitality company to working as a financial analyst for the UK's leading provider of professional rehabilitation case management to the insurance industry. Priscilla brings to the team a wealth of organisational talent and proficient client management.
