The Service
Before the arbitration starts, our client services team will make sure we understand your transcription and LiveNote requirements. During the arbitration, any additional requirements can be made through the same contact or via our reporting team. Where appropriate, we will liaise with the arbitration venue to ensure that your needs are met.
The Reporting
Opus 2 International uses the leading independent court reporters in the industry. All are experienced with LiveNote real-time reporting and are trained to provide on-site technical support and assistance for LiveNote users.
Realtime Transcripts
Our LiveNote service provides an instantaneous verbatim transcript fed directly to your laptop in the hearing room or remotely via the internet from one of our LiveNote qualified reporters. This real-time transcript will be ready for you to search, manage and annotate. Comments may be shared with other members of your team via the messaging feature built in to LiveNote.
Other Transcripts
We aim to provide you with an accurate transcript of the days proceedings within two hours of adjournment.
We can provide the transcripts in a number of formats; as hard copies in full page or condensed form; or emailed to you in a variety of formats such as Word, ASCII, pdf or E-transcript.
